I. GENERAL TERMS


᯽ All of the commissions will be done in a digital format.᯽ This is all for PERSONAL USE ONLY. As of this moment, I will NOT accept any commission that is for commercial use!᯽Please do not use any of my work for NFT/AI. If you use any of my work for AI, you will be charged a full price, and you will be blacklisted.᯽ To send a commission request, please fill in the request form that could be found in the 'Pricing & Request Form' page.᯽ Please provide the necessary references, both visual & words. I will not work off only from written descriptions.᯽ I have the right to decline commission requests.᯽ I retain the right to post the artwork to my social media or include it in my portfolio. But if you wish to keep it private, please let me know.᯽Do not RESELL my artwork (ie. merch, prints, especially NFTs, etc.).᯽ You are allowed to edit & post the artwork on your social media, so long as you credit me.᯽ You are not to remove my signature from any of my artwork unless we come to a certain agreement.᯽ You may not claim my artwork as your own, or heavily reference it.
II. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

᯽ All payments are to be paid in USD only.᯽ I only do business and accept payments through KO-FI/BUY ME A COFFEE/PAYPAL.᯽ An invoice will be sent to your email after we agree over the details of the project.᯽ All commissions should be paid 100% upfront! Only the commission that cost above $200 USD, could be paid 50/50.᯽ Half-payment that is overdue will be charged & once the commission is already in progress, NO REFUND can be made.


᯽ Refunds are available under reasonable circumstances:   1. If for any reason I am not able to start the commission, the client will receive a full refund.   2. If I am unable to complete the commission for some reason, I will offer refund based on the current progress of the commission.   3. Refunds will also be based on how much work has been done on the commission. The refund percentage is based off the full price commission. There is a minimum fee of $15 USD if any work was done & the client request a refund.     > No Work: 100% Refund
     > Plain Sketch: 70% Refund
     > Rough Colour Sketch: 50% Refund
     > Full Render: 5% Refund


᯽ Commissions will be canceled if payment is not received 7 Days after the invoice has been sent. However, clients can still reapply for the commission.᯽ If the subject of the commission has been changed, I am allowed to reassess the price of the commission. There will be a fee of $5 after 2 big revisions (change in composition, major changes in posing after moving on from the sketch phase, or a switch to a different character).᯽ If the end product is unsatisfactory, I will not refund or redo the piece. However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon & you would like me to add them, I will do my best to do so.
III. DELIVERABLES

᯽ Clients will receive work-in-progress rough sketches first, to ensure that the final image is satisfactory. During this stage, the clients are allowed to make changes.᯽ Once the clients have approved of the sketch, changes will no longer be applicable.᯽ Every commission sketch and final stage will include the client's approval, and the process will continue after it is confirmed. However, if the client doesn't respond within 2 days, the process will continue without the client's approval. NO MAJOR EDIT COULD BE MADE.᯽ Major changes, additional details or edits will lead to an additional fee. Please refer to 'II.Payments & Refunds' section of the TOS.᯽ If there are anatomy mistakes or if something looks incorrect or off, please do not hesitate to notify me!᯽ Clients will only receive the final commission in .PNG files unless stated otherwise.
IV. COMMERCIAL

᯽ Use of the commissioned work for commercial purposes of any other kind is not allowed unless discussed with the artist.᯽Examples of "COMMERCIAL USE" :1. Business Websites
2. Works Licensed for Sale
3. For games/books/other media
4. For Twitch/YouTube/Business social media sites that could be used to generate profit (including profile pictures), etc.
V. PRIVACY TERMS

᯽ During the payment process through any bank transfers, both JLTea21 and the Client's information (Legal Name & Country) may be known to each other. With this in mind, both parties (JLTea21 and Client) agree not to share ANY personal information.
